6. Payment Terms
6.1 Subscription Fees
- All subscription fees are billed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe payment processing
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
6.2 Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle you select
- We reserve the right to change the billing cycle with appropriate notice
6.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DimTax, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
8. Disclaimer
